The Grace House

 

 

 

 

 

 

Your programs may be held year round in a beautiful space we call the Grace House. This is a comfortable and spacious house with dance quality bamboo floors and lots of windows and light.

It has 5 bedrooms, 3 baths and a fully equipped kitchen. The workshop or meeting space is 700 square feet which can hold a circle of up to 45 people. The bedrooms accommodate 2 people each, with one of the rooms sleeping up to 4 people.

The Ease House

 

 

 

 

The Ease House is a beautiful 2 story structure that is built with green design and materials. The walls incorporate earth pressed blocks (an alternative to adobe) that are made with local soil using our community owned machine.

While some of this structure is privately rented to community members, there are 4 bedrooms that sleep 2 people each with adjacent bathroom and kitchen available for program participants or visitors.

The Grace and Ease Area

 Programs occuring November through April, are held in the Grace House as the Campground area is closed. During any program, sleeping arrangements are available in the 5 bedrooms at the Grace House and the 4 bedrooms at the neighboring Ease House

Grace and Ease share a coin-operated laundry facility available for all guests. All three structures are on solar electric and solar thermal systems, with a state of the art Earth-Friendly septic system.

Our facilities are available for program participants as well as visitors of Hummingbird Community. We welcome your inquiries and exploring the possibility of accommodating your program at our little piece of heaven!
